Training Course on Flood Management Plans
Brian Rast, PE, CFM, PMP offers a 1/2-day training course on how to establish a floodplain management plan (FMP), creditable to FEMA Community Rating System Activity 510. The essential elements in the FEMA policy are mirrored in USACE Planning Policy, where communities under a construction cost sharing agreement must establish FMPs. These plans have been called many things including flood management plans and flood risk management plans, but a simple process can help you succeed in all definitions.
Nonstructural Measures Course
In this remote, webinar training course, Brian Rast presents on the nonstructural measures that can be combined with structural measures.
